Recipes

Food that feels good later, too.

I’ve been learning how to take care of my heart and my future self, and a lot of that has happened in the kitchen. These recipes are my attempt to make heart‑forward, longevity‑minded food that still feels cozy and joyful to eat.

I grew up loving comfort food…and I still do. I just also want my labs and my heart to be okay. Somewhere along the way I realized those things don’t have to be at war with each other.

So this page is for the meals that feel like care on both ends…comforting in the moment, but aligned with how I want to feel in my body over the long term.
